Jim Sambold

I took a roundabout path to the financial services industry. Throughout my career I have worked in different settings, including retail, photography, and digital marketing. I been a successful business owner and worked as a sales and marketing executive for a much larger organization. Regardless of where I was working or what I was doing, my focus has always been on delivering a unique client experience. In my current role I do so by supporting our financial advisory team and our clients while developing new relationships and new business.  

My day-to-day interaction with clients includes coordinating meetings with their advisors, arranging for annual reviews, responding to incoming requests about transfers, beneficiary assignments and other account-related changes. I handle the many behind-the-curtain details that are needed for a client’s financial plan to move forward.

My work requires a level of specificity which I truly enjoy. Organization and details come naturally to me. It may not surprise you to hear that I restore vintage British sports cars for a hobby. Currently, I’m working on restoring an older Jaguar. It once took me ten years to restore another automobile, one which earned the title of North American Champion in its class. To know that I invested myself in meeting certain criteria provides me with a sense of satisfaction. My commitment to intricate details extends into every aspect of my life.

Aside from that, I am invested in the community in which I work and live. As a long-time Rotarian and graduate of Leadership Seacoast, I like to be involved in causes that bring benefit to people. This, of course, aligns well with the work we do here at Beck Bode, which is all about bringing benefit to people, so that they can move closer to realizing their goals and dreams.
