About Michele

I joined what was then known as Boston Retirement Advisors in 2016. It was around the time we merged with Beck Bode; I have worked in the Salem office from day one. I assist our Client Services Manager, Joan Waters and our financial advisors by providing a range of support on the administrative and client services tasks, including opening accounts, moving funds, and coordinating with our Director of Financial Planning.

Early on in my career, I worked in the retirement services industry managing large
institutional retirement plans at a national provider. I took a break to tend to my children and to take care of several elderly family members. When I decided to go back to work, it needed to be part-time, which is one of the things that I appreciate the most about Beck Bode. The flexibility I have, and the understanding that the firm has for people to care for their families, allows me to give attention to all the things that are important to me in life.

I love our clients. They are wonderful people who work hard, save well and have figured out how to live well, too. For the most part everyone is easy to talk to, easy to laugh with…good people! I have a particularly soft spot for the clients who are challenged with technology, or just need to take a little extra time. I have patience for all that.

Outside of work, you will find me at home, caring for the family dogs, gardening, and
cooking for a full house. I love to entertain, and our home is always filled with people, including the childhood friends of our son and daughter, all of whom are now adults.

I live in North Andover, MA with my husband, Paul.
